Since then, he has honed his expertise through flipping houses, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, and skillfully negotiating commercial leases. Zane's real estate portfolio now boasts ownership or partnerships in 18 properties, with an impressive 37 doors in his care.
His venture into commercial real estate broadened his skill set as he managed a dynamic portfolio spread across seven states and diverse industries. Zane's professional journey led him to focus on residential real estate, where he has built a thriving and high-performing team.
