Born and raised in Cottonwood Heights, Brad Hansen is an avid lover of all things Utah, and his warm and outgoing personality helps set him apart from the crowd. At his core, Brad simply loves people and naturally cultivates deep connections with clients, friends, and family. Brad forges communicative, positive rapport with both sides of every transaction, and he believes that a successful real estate agent should be able to negotiate and guide their client through every step of the process. This approach, paired with his dedication and strong work ethic, has led him to have more accepted offers, come out on the high end of his real estate negotiations, and most importantly – have happy clients. 

Throughout his life, Brad has been interested in real estate and has excelled in sales due to his love of people and his engaging personality. When he was given an opportunity to join a local growing real estate team in the Salt Lake Valley, he jumped head-first into the industry and never looked back. Brad strives to make a positive impact on the lives of others while helping guide them through one of the most substantial transactions of their lives. The choice to enter the world of real estate has been a natural fit for Brad’s passions and natural skills.

Brad’s proudest accomplishment in life has been becoming a father and a husband. He is married to his wife Brit and together they have two children – a son, Nolan, and a daughter, Lexy. His family is the reason why he loves what he does – helping other families realize their dreams and assist them in choosing the best possible home for their future. In his free time, you can find Brad hosting his friends and family for an impromptu barbecue, working out, spending time in Utah’s great outdoors or attending a Utes football game.
